Deposit & Quoting Validity:Quotations provided by our team reflect live supplier inventory and exchange rates. A reservation is only confirmed once the designated non-refundable deposit is cleared and official reference codes are issued.
Final Settlement Timeline:Full balance payment for customized holiday packages and group departures must be received no later than 60 days prior to travel, or as stipulated in your quotation.
Direct Electronic Communication:Confirmation emails, vouchers, and itinerary updates sent to your designated contact address are deemed legally delivered.

Client-Requested Modifications:If you request date shifts, route adjustments, or hotel upgrades after booking confirmation, our team will facilitate changes subject to airline fare differences and hotel amendment fees.
Operational Schedule Revisions:Airlines, rail operators, and ferry carriers may alter departure times or cancel services due to weather, mechanical checks, or airspace restrictions. JourneyNest acts immediately to reroute and secure alternative accommodations.
Force Majeure Circumstances:Neither JourneyNest nor its local partners are liable for disruptions resulting from acts of God, civil unrest, political strikes, border closures, or extreme climatic occurrences.

Passport Validity Rule:All passengers must hold a machine-readable e-passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the planned return date, and enough blank pages for visas and entry stamps.
Visa Obligations:While JourneyNest provides expert consular documentation and filing assistance, entry visas are issued at the sole discretion of the destination government. Refusals do not void supplier payment obligations.
Vaccines & Health Declarations:Travellers are personally responsible for meeting mandatory immunization requirements, yellow fever cards, or medical clearances.

Independent Operator Status:Flights, resort accommodations, cruises, and ground coaches are operated by independent third-party entities. JourneyNest is not liable for personal injury, property damage, baggage loss, or default by these independent providers.
Luggage & Personal Effects:Baggage handling is the responsibility of the airline. Compensation for lost or damaged baggage is limited by international aviation rules and the airline's own policy.
Mandatory Travel Insurance:We strongly advise all clients to procure comprehensive international travel insurance covering medical emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and flight delays prior to departure.
